Entitled “Urban nature: the governance and politics of nature-based solutions in the city”, the special issue brings together leading international scholars on nature-based solutions with the emerging findings from the NATURVATION project on the governance and politics of nature-based solutions in urban contexts. With about 15 articles under development on topics like “challenges of public-private business models for urban nature-based solutions” and “transnational politics of governing urban nature”, this special issue aims to provide a forum for discussion of critical issues facing cities in the implementation of nature-based solutions.
